Fresh Flowers

We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our flowers and our customer service. All feedback is encouraged. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable, natural products that will react to the environment. Care instructions will accompany each floral delivery and proper care is necessary to maintain freshness. If the recipient has followed the care instructions and there is still an issue with our flowers, please contact us immediately so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. We will ask you to send us a clear photo of the bouquet that was received. Our management team will review your comments and get back to you as quickly as possible. Since flowers and plants are perishable, all sales are non-refundable. However, if we are notified of a problem with our flowers within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer a store credit or delivery of a replacement arrangement on the next convenient date for the recipient. We will pick up the original arrangement at the time of a replacement delivery. This policy is subject to special consideration by our management team.


Potted plants are perishable and are not returnable or refundable.

Non-Perishable Gift Items

Non-perishable gift items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days with a receipt or gift receipt so long as they are free of damage and in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to sell some seasonal or clearance items as “final sale” and not returnable.
