Flower Policy
The photos you see on our website and social media pages are meant to be representative of the artistic arrangements you can expect to see from Andrew’s Garden. They are intended to inspire ideas rather than provide a catalog of choices. When you order from Andrew’s Garden, we create custom arrangements and bouquets from the freshest, in-season, premium flowers. Your flowers may have a similar look and feel to an arrangement you loved on our website, but they will always vary based on artistic license and in-season flowers. Our clients tell us they can recognize an Andrew’s Garden arrangement right away! Our goal is to create exceptional, one-of-a-kind arrangements with the finest flowers sourced from local farms and all over the world. Substitution Policy
Andrew’s Garden sources premium blooms from local flower farms and around the world, and we use only the freshest blooms available during any particular season. Due to the diverse nature of fresh flowers and the variety of regions from which they are grown and shipped, some variation in availability, size, and color is expected and unavoidable. Flowers are also affected by weather, pests, disease, and even import inspections, that are beyond our control. If certain flowers are not available or, upon our inspection, are not of a quality that meets our high standards, then we will substitute flowers of similar size, color, nature, quality, and value. If possible, we will attempt to notify you within a reasonable amount of time after becoming aware that any material variations exist or any substitutions must be made. We cannot guarantee flower availability, size, or color.
Dance Flower Policy
Dance Flowers from Andrew’s Garden are wildly popular – and for good reason! Our Dance Flowers are as unique as you are! We recommend ordering flowers for Prom, Homecoming, Daddy-Daughter Dances, and other school events more than a week or two in advance. Dance Flowers may be small, but they take a tremendous amount of time and skill to create. We also need to order the right varieties, sizes, and colors of flowers well in advance. In order to maintain our standards of quality and exceptional design for the large volume of custom corsages, boutonnières, and bouquets that we create for dance events, we also need to limit the number of orders we can accept for any particular day or weekend. We will do our best to accommodate your color requests, but please remember that flowers have natural color variations that are beyond our control. We also cannot guarantee specific flower availability, size, or color. Please see our Substitution Policy above. All Dance Flower orders must be paid in advance at the time of order. During the week prior to the pickup date for your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order since we may not have specific colors or varieties of flowers on hand at the last minute, or your items may have already been created. Since we must often turn customers away after reaching capacity for a particular date, we will provide a refund in the form of a store credit if you must cancel an order prior to the items being made. Once your Dance Flowers have been made, then the order is non-refundable upon cancellation. Pickup time for Dance Flowers is after 12:00 pm on the pickup date. If you require an earlier pickup, please schedule for the day before the dance. We appreciate your understanding during dance weekends since they are some of our busiest times of the year!
Return Policies
Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers are perishable and are not returnable or refundable. We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our flowers and our customer service, and all feedback is encouraged. Fresh flowers are perishable, natural products that react to the environment. Care instructions will accompany each floral delivery and proper care is necessary to maintain freshness. If the recipient has followed the care instructions and there is still an issue with our flowers, please contact us immediately so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. If we are notified of an issue with the freshness or condition of our flowers within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer to replace the arrangement or provide a store credit. We will ask you to send us a clear photo of the bouquet that was received and our management team will review your comments and get back to you as quickly as possible. If we replace the arrangement, we will pick up the original arrangement at the time of a replacement delivery. We do not generally replace or offer store credit for arrangements where the recipient does not care for the aesthetic or style of the arrangement. This policy is subject to special consideration by our management team. If you have a question or concern about your flowers, please call us so that we can attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Please do not email us with concerns since we may not see the email quickly enough.
Potted Plants & Orchids
Potted plants and orchids are perishable and are not returnable or refundable. We are happy to discuss recommended care instructions when you are in the shop, or you may call us with questions. We also have excellent plant & orchid care books for purchase or we recommend searching online for detailed care instructions specific to your plant or orchid.
Dried Flowers
Dried flowers are not returnable or refundable. We dry our own flowers or purchase them from a local flower farm. In either case, they are dried without the addition of any harmful chemicals, preservatives, paints, or dyes. Dried flowers do not have a perfect or even predictable appearance, and their color may continue to fade over time. That is part of what we love about them! Due to the nature of dried products, they can be brittle and dropping and breaking should be expected. If they are handled carefully, you should be able to enjoy them for many months or even years!
Non-Perishable Gift Items
We seek out unique, artisan gifts for Andrew’s Garden that are often handmade, one-of-a-kind, or seasonal items. Non-perishable gift items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days with a receipt or gift receipt so long as they are free of damage and remain in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to sell some seasonal or clearance items as “final sale” and not returnable. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS (MARKED RED OR YELLOW) SOLD AT ANY SIDEWALK SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT RETURNABLE.
