Design Class Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) on which Andrew’s Garden, Inc. (“Andrew’s Garden”) provides floral design classes to you. Please read these Terms carefully before you book a Design Class. By booking a Design Class online via our website (or any other website), email, telephone, or any other method, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Upon booking a Design Class, you will be sent an email confirming the reservation of your spot in the Design Class. Please ensure you have given us a correct email address since all communications will be sent to you by email.

All Design Class fees must be paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable except as described below. Since we purchase flowers and supplies for each class, we cannot offer a credit for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. If you are unable to attend the Design Class, please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance of the Design Class, and we will credit any paid class fees toward another Design Class (subject to availability); provided, that you book the other course at the time of cancellation.

All Design Classes have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled by Andrew’s Garden if too few bookings are received. If Andrew’s Garden must cancel a Design Class, you will have the option to transfer to another Design Class or receive a full refund of your class fees. If you choose to transfer to another Design Class, you will receive a credit of all class fees previously paid toward the new Design Class.

Each Design Class will be led by one of our talented Floral Designers. The Floral Designers for each course may vary and we do not guaranty the presence of any particular Floral Designer at any particular Design Class.

Photos and videos may be taken by Andrew’s Garden of participants during a Design Class. These photos and videos may be used for our marketing materials or on our social media accounts. Please let us know if you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos. If you take any photos or videos of your work during the Design Class and post them on social media, please credit Andrew’s Garden by tagging our social media accounts.

Design Class participants are expected to follow our health & safety guidelines and any participant who fails to do so will be unable to participate in the Design Class and will not receive any kind of refund of class fees. Andrew’s Garden is following all applicable federal, state, and local recommendations and mandates with respect to the COVID-19 Pandemic including, without limitation, those issued by the Center for Disease Control, the Illinois Department of Public Health, and the Governor of the State of Illinois. By participating in a Design Class, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks of attending a group event during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Andrew’s Garden will notify you by email prior to the Design Class of any pertinent safety requirements such as class size, social distancing, or face covering requirements. Andrew’s Garden has the absolute right to deem a situation unsafe for its staff based on the failure of others to adhere to our health and safety guidelines and to take whatever action is deemed necessary to protect our staff including cancelling a Design Class.

All intellectual property rights and other ownership rights in all documentation, flowers, arrangements, materials, designs, creative concepts, logos and branding (in whatever form) relating in any way to any of our Design Classes and your participation in them belong to Andrew’s Garden and may not be copied, distributed or used by you without our prior written consent.
